Fun Design Idea from A Friend's Chicago House

I got home from Chicago late last night, so no time for a lengthy recap on the weekend trip this morning.
But instead, here's a super fun decorating idea from the home of our friend who hosted the visit:

As long as I've known Lora she has collected Pez, and in each home lived in over the years she has found a prominent spot and ingenious way to display them. Her new spacious apartment overlooking Lake Michigan is no exception.

Lesson here? If you love something it can become a creative work of art and expression of who you are in your home - regardless of what it is - when creativity arranged and displayed!

I had a fantastic visit and will organize photos to share more later in the week.
Happy Monday!

  1. I have to say, that is one of the most interesting collections I've seen in awhile. Love how she displayed them in the acrylic. She has the entire cast of the Wizard of OZ and Snow White!!! Love that. M.

  3. Wow. What a great collection and a perfect way to display it. It doesn't look junky & cluttered like so many collections do. It looks clean, well designed and shows off the collection in such a way that it does look like art!
