Loving Some Vase Wallpaper!

I've adored this Vase wallpaper from Clarence House, inspired by a David Hicks design, every since first seeing it in a small powder bathroom several years ago. Being a true fan, I've used it in my own home and also had a story written about it for the latest issue of House of Fifty. A classic pattern that is both traditional and hip at the same time, it's currently available in 16 various colorways. But, my favorites are the yellow and taupe.

Yes, a pantry, I had to read the text on this space twice to make sure I'd caught that properly!

And in a kitchen.
The idea behind lining the walls of this kitchen with wallpaper was to give the space its own distinct character,
despite being open to the family room and dining room through arched openings. It works!

Is there a wallpaper you've been wanting to use in your home?

Um, that's the biggest butler's pantry I've ever seen. I really like that yellow colorway as well. It looks really fresh in the pantry/kitchen pics.

I love Farrow & Ball's Lotus papers but it's so expensive and I don't have any small rooms I can put it in.

I also like Thibaut's Royal wallpaper in Taupe and pearl on white which I'm actually thinking of using for my foyer/ up the stairs.

Wow! The butlers pantry! I only wish my kitchen looked that fantastic. My pantry is a horrible closet where everything gets lost. Oh well :) That is a really adorable wallpaper print. Very happy!

Funny how trends come back around...remember the "No Wallpaper" years?!
Now, I am considering adding wallpaper in a large pattern like this in my small half bath...Love It!

If that's the pantry, I want to see the kitchen!!! Glorious! I'm so drawn to these beautiful papers, but so torn from putting them up, since I've been taking down wallpaper from my home. After all of that work, the last thing I want to do is hang more! Such a quandry.

Such a cheerful kitchen! Yellow is one of my favorite colors for a kitchen...makes me smile. One of my favorite wallpaper is a William Morris design, Brother Rabbit.

Shumacher "Twitter" for my (miniscule by comparison to that butler's pantry) laundry room. Soon, I hope.

What a great article...haha. My wallpaper hanger is coming tomorrow....one week until we move back in. We are doing Farrow & Ball Rosslyn in the Master Bedroom, Hinson's Fireworks in my 3 year olds room and Romo's Seraphine in the formal powder room. I am giddy with anticipation of seeing these papers finally up!

I love when you used it....and I love it still in these images...I just want to use some new wallpaper period. I have had the Cole and Son's twiq paper for 5 years...don't you think that is long enough ? Will you talk to my husband for me and tell him that I should get something different?????
