On the home front here...I just found out my local Calico Corners is closing. I can't tell you how distressed I am.
I am intrigued to see more and will go visit now. Yes summer is all about chilling and turning things down a notch, if not summer then when? Enjoy!

Can't wait! My pet peev though is what I call the Magazine Calendar-where spring is in February, and fall is in August, and Christmas is October...just once I'd like to hold off on reading about Fall until ( gasp) September!
To me it's a sign of our hurry up hurry up lifestyles; and yes I will of course read 'em when they publish 'em but...however, a simpler life is hard to pull off when society cannot put the brakes on for a month.
