As I was scrolling down through the photos I was saying, oh yeah that was my favorite to every one of them! I don't think there is a space in your home that I don't like. You actually even inspired me to stencil one of my walls.

You had quite a bit of projects in the line-up this year, Janell! Those lamps are, I think, my absolute favoite make-over. Loved all the furniture redo's and, of course, the home office and master bedroom turned out wonderfully!
your sunburst mirror absolutely takes the cake on DIY projects!! :) i've had the supplies to make one for about a month now... i'm hoping that now that the christmas crazies are over, i can find the time!! thanks for being so inspiring!

You got a lot of good deals for 2010. I'm one of your followers and after having a commercial cleaning services (New York-based) to clean our place, I decided to get back to designing. I love our new place now! Thanks for all your suggestions.
