Sometimes A Little Change Is All You Need!
For some reason people kept bringing in pillows from other rooms and leaving them on the sofas in the family room. Hum, I like that green one there...who brought it in? I bet the orange pillows would look great with it, and how about some print?
The next thing I knew there has a whole lot of new color sitting in this area of the house...and it is making me happy.

I had this type of "accident" happen to me this past weekend and I reworked a tabletop vignette, Janell! In my case I was the perpetrator, because I was putting stuff on my hutch to get it out of the way, but was liking the way some groupings were looking. I know you've got a little budding designer there at your house, maybe . . . : )
I think you have decorating fairies that come in while you are sleeping. They do a good job.
Funny how that happens! I think you might have some closet decorators living with you!

Janell, I feel the same way. Sometimes the smallest change can make me feel happier about my house. Maybe it's bec. I never have time to do any big changes anymore.
I think small changes are great. And they can change the space so much. {I love the red tray}
I love a little randomness amid an otherwise carefully planned world! I'm celebrating the colorful pillows and those who felt the need to place them there! With all you have to do, I hope you celebrate too!
