I had so much fun making the Sunburst Mirror that I've thought of a similar project using bamboo, but this time around it won't be a mirror. Think lighting...look for the start of this DIY project in a week or so!

I saw this over at Brooklyn Limestone and just about died. What a FABULOUS idea! Sunburst mirrors are simply gorgeous but oftentimes too expensive. But your tutorial? Seriously... love it! I bookmarked it then (hopefully my attempt will come out somwhere like yours!) but just wanted to say thanks so much for sharing such a great idea!! :)
