A Big Pile Of Magazines And Some R&R

There is a stack of magazines that has been growing in my house. Most have not even been opened. But that is about to change. I'm off for a few days of fun R&R and plan to read through each and every page!

Our family has not been on a 'real' vacation in a few years...instead enjoying little trips to the beach in Oregon. I'm laughing at myself over the choice of this trip, it is one I never imagined myself to be taking. Hopefully it will include a great mix of family time, husband time and time by myself. I'll let you know if the plan works! Regardless, look at how cute my feet will be in these sandals found at Target this past week...LOVE for $17.99!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Have a great time - in those shoes! I have a stack of magazines to read too, but it is because I was away for 13 days chaperoning a high school trip to Hawaii! Now I need a vacation to catch up on my reading!

Hope you get some R&R!

Have a wonderful time!
Has anyone else noticed, that if you're just a few days behind on your magazine reading, some of the articles start to come through via Facebook and email? It drives me nuts that I pay for these and then they 'leak' the best bits electronically.
I do hope, when you put your feet up somewhere comfy, you find some great bits you haven't already read!

Just noticed you are from Portland, even though I have been following you for quite some time. We left Portland area about 4 years ago, to return to FL. I used to work at Emanuel Children's Hosp. We lived in Beaverton and then moved to Ridgefield,WA the last couple of years there. Anyway, small world, I miss the mountains and the flowers, but not the rain. It is sunny here most everyday and it really makes a difference for me. Anyway I hope you have a lovely vaca and enjoy those sandals! You must be going someplace warmer than the Oregon coast this time. Smiles, Marla

I'm envious! There's little I love more than a stack of new decor mags (and the time to read them!). Enjoy!

I so feel your magazine "neglect" and the desire to peruse each and every page! Do come back and tell us what you spotted, with bells on your fingers and on your toes! love you new sandals, they look so much more expensive!
