Clue #2 is the Max Sofa from Van Gogh Designs. How about that name?! It is a newly released style that I am loving.
Van Gogh's Boswell Taupe fabric has a gorgeous basket weave pattern, with shades of taupe, ivory and a hint of gray. This fabric will make up beautifully on this pared down sofa design.Keep posted, more clues are on their way in the upcoming weeks...

That comet pendant is just stunning. Now that hubby has a study could this one be for yours ?
LOVE the clean lines of that sofa but I have no idea on the mystery room?! Scale of the sofa vs the light fixture has me completely thrown! Can't wait! Marija
The lighting is so unique and glamorous and that combined with the clean lines of the sofa and the natural color - it's got to be good! Can't wait to see the next step!
These selections are beautiful. I can just imagine how it will all tie in together. Can't wait!

I'm likin what I see so far...Taupe has really grown on me lately...I had stayed away from it thinking it too close to the dreaded beige...but it has worked its way into my heart with its gray goodness

Love the light fixture, truly glamorous and very unusual and then the handsome sophisticated lines of the sofa with that great texture, I see the beginnings of a great room! Kathysue
You're killing me with the clues;). I love the clean lines of the sofa and the fabric choice...perfect! I'm anxiously awaiting to see more.

The sofa is throwing me off, because that pendant looks like it would be lovely in a dreamy nursery. Not sure you'd put an entire sofa in a nursery, though.
I guess I'll go with home office for her. Or - are you sourcing studio/retail space?! Does it have to be on your side of the country? LOL
You really make me jealous with the Vangogh Furni.. Anyway everything is just beautiful!
I guess that is the hubby's sitting request for the long expanded front space and the light on the hall entrance?! Dont know, now i'm puzzled its fun thought!
Can't wait sure it will be AWESOME!!
A super swanky basemenet lounge, perhaps?
Oh, I guess I was wrong about the project being a powder room! (Unless it's a very large powder room.) Maybe Nordstroms have hired you to do their 'Ladies Lounge' ?
Already this looks YUMMY!! I can't wait to see more clues. LOVE it all!
I love the sofa and the fabric....but I am stumped on where this is all going to go? It will be divine, no doubt.
Love that Comet pendant and the fabric. That room is going to look great. Looks like a fun project.
I absolutely love both the pendant and sofa...of course I do because you picked it out! :)
Hey, Janelle! Lovely items you have picked out for the mystery project... I am guessing that you are switching up your master bedrm a bit - or maybe you have a "loftish" area at the top of your stairs that we don't know about... hmmmm. Well, whatever it is I know none of us can wait to see the space!!
Love it already- that light fixture will make any room look stunning.
I love that fabric! Very tailored but also very glamorous. You've definitely piqued my interest, Janell!
Love the light fixture! Can't wait to see what you are up to.
